Hiring Process

Work samples are paid. We give written feedback at every stage.

A short form, your CV and one paragraph on a company you would fund today.

Screen
A 30-minute conversation with the hiring lead on judgment, motivation and fit.

Work sample
A screening memo, programme plan or data cut, reviewed by two people.

Panel
Meet the team plus one member or founder you would work with directly.

Offer
Decision within five working days, with written feedback either way.
