    Tell us what you are building, the problem you solve, your market opportunity, traction, and the IP that differentiates you.

  3. 03

    Financials, Cap Table & Deal Structure

    Share the round size, valuation, instrument, runway, use of proceeds, and your anticipated path to liquidity.

  4. 04

    Mandatory Document Uploads & Declarations

    Attach your pitch deck, executive summary, cap table, and financial model. Confirm the accuracy of your submission.
